Privacy policy

How this website handles sign-in, browser storage, contact messages and optional analytics.

Last updated: 12 October 2026. For privacy questions, contact aram.hambaryan.1995@gmail.com.

Browsing and hosting

The site is hosted with Firebase Hosting. Requests to the hosting service can include technical information such as IP address, browser information and the requested page. Service providers process these requests to deliver and protect the site.

Accounts

Optional sign-in uses Firebase Authentication with email/password or Google. The authentication provider handles account identifiers and sign-in records. Never send your password to the community contact address. Google sign-in shares information according to the sign-in screen and your Google account settings.

Account data and device storage

Firebase Authentication manages sign-in. Cloud Firestore stores business profiles, private contact information, drafts, favourites and member messages. Private profiles and drafts are restricted to their owner; messages are accessible to their sender and recipient. Publishing an offer explicitly shares the business name, location, description and offer details with signed-in members. Email, phone and tax identifiers are not included in published business profiles. Authorised project administrators may access stored data for operating the service and handling support or privacy requests.

Your browser retains sign-in state, language and privacy preferences. Older device-only drafts are not uploaded automatically: an import button lets their signed-in owner transfer them. Clearing browser storage does not delete cloud account data. Archiving an offer removes it from member catalogue queries but retains its stored record. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. Sign out on shared devices. Avoid passwords, payment details and identity documents in drafts or messages.

Optional analytics

Audience analytics on the interactive community pages use Google Analytics through Firebase only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Analytics can process usage information, page interactions and device identifiers. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps optional analytics off. You can revise this choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Revoking an earlier choice reloads the page to stop further collection. This does not automatically delete data already processed.

Advertising

Google display advertising is not currently active. Direct sponsors may have links on the site; following a link opens the sponsor’s own website, governed by its privacy policy. If Google advertising is introduced, this policy and consent arrangements will be updated before activation. Any advertising cookies and relevant providers will be described at that time.

Contact messages and choices

Email links open your email application. When you send a message, your email provider and the recipient process the details you choose to include. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information in correspondence we hold. Requests concerning Google or Firebase account data may also need to be addressed to the relevant provider.

External providers

Some interactive pages load fonts and icons from external services. Such requests may disclose your IP address and browser information to those providers. Guides use the website’s own stylesheet and do not require those font or icon requests.

For provider information, see Google’s privacy policy and Firebase privacy information.

Offers, files and reports

Trading conditions, quantities, destinations and price offers are saved with your account. Message read markers are private to the recipient. In-site reviewers can inspect offers and reports, but cannot read private contact profiles or conversations through the website.

When uploads are enabled, product photos and PDF catalogues are stored in Firebase Storage. Draft files are accessible to their owner and authorised reviewers. Files attached to published offers are accessible to signed-in members. Report reasons and moderation decisions are retained to handle problems. Project administrators retain the service access described above.
